👨🎓 About me
I am a first-year MPhil student in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, under the supervision of Prof. Chi Ying Tsui. I received my bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University in 2026.
I was a visiting research intern at the VLSI Research Lab, advised by Prof. Chi Ying Tsui. I am also very fortunate to be advised and mentored by Prof. Xunzhao Yin and Ph.D. candidate Yu Qian at Zhejiang University. Previously, I had the rewarding opportunity to spend a summer at the University of Notre Dame, where I conducted research under the guidance of Prof. Ningyuan Cao.
My current research interests lie in AI accelerator design, digital VLSI circuits, and hardware/software co-design. I have also worked on mixed-signal circuit design and modeling with both CMOS and emerging memory technologies.
