👨🎓 About me
I am a senior undergraduate student majoring in microelectronics at the College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, and an incoming MPhil student in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, commencing in Fall 2026.
I was a visiting research intern at the VLSI Research Lab, advised by Prof. Chi Ying Tsui. I am also very fortunate to be advised and mentored by Prof. Xunzhao Yin and Ph.D. candidate Yu Qian at Zhejiang University. Previously, I had the rewarding opportunity to spend a summer at the University of Notre Dame, where I conducted research under the mentorship of Prof. Ningyuan Cao.
My current research interests include AI accelerator design, digital VLSI circuits, and hardware/software co-design. I have also worked on mixed-signal circuit design and modeling with both CMOS and emerging memory technologies.
